@Marcel, just found out I am "in breach" of Facebooks new rules, which say you can't run a competition on Facebook unless you spend $US10 000 per month on advertising with them!?! There are apparently workarounds, but I need to sit down and work out how to do it, but will keep you posted, shouldn't be too long

WOW!!! Did facebook find out that you were holding a competition? That is ridicules. A small competition like this you need to pay that much?!! Rather do it on this site then.. I think If you ask the moderators maybe you will get a thumbs up..

No they didn't find out, but if they do they can apparently shut you down so I didn't want to risk it. It is ridiculous, isn't it?! I want to keep it on Facebook because a lot of our "fans" are not otherwise into reptiles, so don't frequent SAReptiles as such, but will definitely keep members here posted when it is up and running...basically, as best as I can understand it, I can talk about it on Facebook but it has to be either hosted by an "approved third party" such as Wildfire who you of course have to pay, or host it offsite and just link to Facebook...if that all makes sense!
