Hmmm Serpy.
As far as some of the knowledge I’ve gained is that Boa`s don`t lay eggs at all.
The young are attached to a yolk sac and surrounded by a clear membrane, not a shell, as they develop in their mother’s body.
Pythons on the other hand do lay eggs(it`s not just a protective membrane).
As for heat goes, because they are inside their mother, the temperature is fairly constant (so if you where to say incubated it will be the same temp the mother uses on herself, so it will be between 29C - 33C(for most of the boa species).
I might be corrected on the information I just gave.
So if the temperature that is used by the female(mom) is also the same as "incubating" in that term, then groovy is correct.
