I was with my son and 2 friends in a vlei looking for frogs to photograph. My son spotted the Herald close to us. I got down and they just guided the snake towards me. The snake was obviously hungry and continued to eat his meal. We left him to continue on his ways with his meal in his tummy.

There is no mistaking the talent at work here. Awesome photography Mr G.
I have found that when Heralds are really hungry, nothing puts them off their food. I think I posted somewhere on the Forum where I have one swallowing a toad in my hand. Once again, "Well done".

Well done MrG, Great shots of a snake being caught in the act. Not many of us get to see snakes feeding in the wild.
