How big in size / length , weight , Girth Should a 1 year and 9 month old blood python male be ? because I'm purchasing one in a few days but something just doesn't look right about it , it eats a mouse once a week but is aggressive eating and the owner said " when I get baby rats he eats them , he will eat anything "

That seems about right. They are slow growers so I would say the size in the picture seems ok.
I've had a pair aswell they were 2years old and about 40cm they fed on a large rat every second week.

Yes maybe its the way the Blood is held in the pic that the girth doesn`t look right. But I`m used seeing them looking like this.

That's about right for a yearling, I have a year old male that is a bit bigger than that and is eating weaned rats.

I have a pair of exactly the same age and I can assure you they are anything but slow growing. They are fed every 10-14d and take a large rat at every sitting. The male and female are of exactly the same proportions. My almost 4yr old pair have eaten adult guinee pigs and small piglets in the past. Make sure this one eats in front of you if you're not at ease. If the seller is Bjorn, buy to your heart's content! Some simply grow slower than others. Some remain smaller all their lives. Remember members of the curtus group are highly variable.

That snake's backbone should not be showing the way it is. Bloods need to be fed every 5 days to get decent growth out of them. You can take a chance and buy it but then nurture it for a while. They are pretty tough.

I bought him today ! His colours look amazing ! He is around 55cm but he's got a lot of ' loose ' skin . His back bone is showing so that probably explains the loose skin : he is under weight / to skinny ! So I'll feed him every 5 days ! Hope fully he gets back into shape soon !
