Thanks guys

They both on mouse fuzzies at the moment, and they eating like champs.

@krah, why don't you get permits? The effort will be worth it, trust me.

Beautiful snakes man.

It's quite an achievement to raise your own CB Telescopus so well done.

Good luck breeding the Skaapie!

Awsome snakes, and effort. Tiger snakes are my favorite, would do anything to get my hands on one. Is the Tiger snake T. beetzii?

Thanks guys, nice too see old topics brought up again.

@Rox6or, I can't really help with the permit thing as I am not sure how the legislation works up there. Here in KZN we still do not require a permit for them.

@reptile, they are Eastern Tiger snakes T.s.semiannulatus. Beetzii i think is a bit difficult to keep, but I have never worked with them so I am not too sure. I have heard many different opinions on husbandry though.

Westley you must see them now. I am busy feeding them up for breeding this year. Will be awesome if they lock up. The skaapie unfortunately rolled shortly after this topic was made. Still have no idea why as she was healthy, alert, and had an amazing appetite. I have not bothered to get anymore since then as I do not know if it was me that did something wrong or not, it would be nice to give them another go though.

No stress, I havn't seen too many Beetzi around. It would be great if more folks kept them.
