Emeralds are notorious for doing that. Force feeding will kill the snake. Make sure the temperature is right and the humidity is high. They need lots of cover and should eventually eat.
Go google exactly how to look after these snakes as they are very finicky and do not forgive any mistakes in their husbandry.
It is easier to ask for forgiveness than permission.
Those who are afraid to ask are ashamed of learning.
