Horn Adder Color & Pattern Variations

There are so many variations in Caldalis colors and patterns it's hard to keep track of them all. Anyone know where this local population might be from?

Now I have also found the way to that great forum........... 
In the meantime I have had, or have worked with so many different Bitis caudalis localities, that I can say with about 90% guarantee, it is a Namibian morph - but don't ask for the localitiy or area.....
It is soo difficult, because caudalis are extremely widespread and amazingly variabel, even cornutas are easier to track down then caudalis are.....and also cornuta's are prety variabel.

I would say the locality is also probably Namibia and possibly near the coast somewhere. It is strange that there are so many Namibian specimens in overseas collection because export from Namibia is almost impossible.
This species has the largest colour and pattern variation I have seen in any local reptile. Possibly the rhombic eggeater comes a close second. I wonder if mimicry extends to these two species or not?
