I got this mantid last year and i took some pics of it in an orchid as u can see they camo well :D

I got it from http://www.bugsuk.com/ and when he had some in stock he sent it thru the post, I think it cost £10 + £5 delivery. he came in a little pod like a camera film container wraped in a heat pad.

WOW they come in a stunning array of colouration stunning specimen though what are you feeding it.
MY RETICS ARE ADIMANT THAT PEOPLE TASTE LIKE CHICKEN.

Im Zenafobic... that zena chick from t.v scares the cr@# out of me.

At the moment i am feeding it fruit flys and small crickets, and its kinda cool watching it in action. cuz it moves like a flower or twig blowing in the wind but when its about to catch its prey it moves very quick.
