KZN Reptile Keepers Braai 2/2010

Hey Guys and Girls,

The second KZN Reptile keepers braai is scheduled for 14th August which is only a few weeks away. Due to the success of the previous braais it is suggested we use the same venue at New Germany Nature Reserve. Obviously the braais are for all of us and if there is a better suggestion then lets hear it.

As it stands currently the details are as follows:

Date: 14th August 2010
Time: 12:00 - 17:00
Bring and braai.

Reptiles Unlimited will supply the charcoal.

It would be great to see some of the new forum members at the braai. It is an excellent opportunity to meet like minded people and get exposed to people with a great deal of knowledge to share.

Thank You for the reminder JP.

Unfortunately I will not be able to make it. It is my 50th birthday on the 13th August (I was going to suggest that any reptile presents would be accepted at the braai ), but I have family coming from all over the country for the "Event". A busy weekend is on the cards for me.

This cancels me out of the equation.

Why not make it the weekend prior to that, which is a long weekend... then I will at least make an attempt to attend this time :p

I jest not, PS what is EPL? Something to do with soccer? If so then it is of no consequence

BB fair suggestion. I have no objection to moving it forward. If anyone has any objection then please shout.

Awesome!! I may be able to make the 14th August (will request not to be on call), but definitely won't manage the 7th - I'm working that weekend. But that's just my 2 cents - see which weekend suits the largest number

It seems that trying to land a plane at King Shaka airport is not so easy. People might arrive after the coals have died and everyone else has gone home.
