Nice Ball mate, we are very fortunate with our baby ball. Eats his 2 fuzzys every friday and has already shed 3 times without any hassle...we bought him at the last exo terra show. Your's is looking very healthy. We just love em to bits!

He eats very well. Just need to dangle it in his face for about 40 seconds and then BAM!

Hehe, I pursuaded my mom by catching slug eaters and then advancing to skaapstekers and olive house snakes. Then the python came (eventauly)

From my experience if someone wants to hold 1 of my snakes I rather give them one of my 2m boas than a ball python. All 3 my ball pythons have either tried to bite me or have succeeded and they hiss almost every time I pick them up. My male is currently on a hunger strike.

Just found out that the poor boy has mites:(
Phoned Panorama Petshop and they sorted me out, must spray cage( him not in it) with Frontline and wipe him down with it.

Called the pet shop(Panorama Pet Shop) to double check what to do. They instead told me to use bluegum oil/ eucalyptus oil. They said rub a teasspoon on my hands and let him slither through them(don't get any on his head) . I did so. Five minutes later he wasn't moving and had his tounge sticking out. I phoned the pet shop and they reffered me to a vet. While I was in the car, he was twitching like mad. It was like he was having a seisher. I gave him to the vet almost lifeless. They gave him 2 shots and kept him over night. The next morning they phoned, only to tell me that my poor boy was dead. :( :smt022

That sucks :smt009 , I know every time a snake dies you get a sense of anger and sadness in one package, best is to see it as a lesson and move on, I lost a few reptiles in my live, working with animals isn’t one of the easiest things to do.

Best is just to stick with us on sa reptiles, I have one friend that I trust with my snakes because I know him for a while, he's animals are in great shape and I know that I can learn allot from him.
I always tell youngsters: Try to get a friend that knows more than you and stick with him, don't lend out your ears to some idiot that thinks he knows something.

Get a vet certificate and show the store the results, tell them you know that there is no guarantee on livestock but the specific person gave you the wrong advice and that resulted into death, Tell him that you don't want a refund but a new snake if that doesnt work tell them you'll pay half the price, because you feel 50% is your fault for listening to that advice.
I know it's actually entirely their fault but I think that's the only way to get a replacement.
as long as you keep quiet, no one will notice that your dumb
