I captured this Jameson's mamba Dendroaspis jamesoni jamesoni in a cashew tree above our company jetty on the Angolan side of the Congo river in the begining of December but only got time to post the pictures now. It was a female with a total length of 1800mm.

Thank you all. I love seeing mambas spread their narrow hoods, but unfortunately she did not show off for long enough to get a good shot.
