Taking iguana home

Taking iguana home

Postby Marlize » Wed Aug 26, 2009 9:59 am

Hi every one, I would just like to ask some expert advice on taking my 6 month old iguana home. It will be a ± 20 min. drive from the shop to my home, he’s quite a wild fellow and I don’t want to bewilder or harm him in any way.
Does anybody have some advice for me on doing so in the best and safest way possible??

Thank you all in advance for the replies :smt006

I don't think there will be any problems if you just use a normal cardboard box with a couple of holes in it and a strip of tape over the lid.

Just make the holes before you put the iguana inside!

Something that you can infest in is a space safe container, co'z your in pretoria may I suggest to purchase it @ "Kit Kat" any ways +- 45 liter container, with a few drilled holes 12 holes on the side and 8 in the lid, give and take approx 5 mm holes, use news paper on the floor.
as long as you keep quiet, no one will notice that your dumb
