A lovely surprise ...

A lovely surprise ...

Postby Chantel » Fri Feb 01, 2013 10:07 am

I've wanted Striped Golddusts since I first saw them, so I decided to make my own. I already had striped ultramels,so I let one of my male striped butters cover both of my females knowing that all the offspring will at least be het for caramel. Well, after seeing this little golddust stripe this morning, it was a nice surprise to discover the ultramel stripe mom is het for caramel. So I ending up getting Striped Golddusts F1, instead of having to wait for F2 generation :)

Thanks. Here are some pics of the rest of the clutch. Mostly striped golddusts and butters, and one or 2 ultramel stripes :D
