When I grow up I want to be MrG, I also want to catch\release so many cool snakes and I really also want to take such amazing pics. Nice going!!!

Q, now that you mention it, it does look like a Woma.

Molesnakes just have something, besides their smell and agressiveness, they are some of the best to catch.

This one was called a "Egiptian cobra" by the caller and was he amazed when I just picked it up and put it in the bin.No problems at that stage, but he ask me to open the lid so he can show his wife. The snake almost got him on the hand while he was pointing at it. It was a backflip with a roll and 5 meters after he came back on his feet. Poor man is most likely in the shower now and putting on other pants. Long time since I had such a laugh.

VVVWD! The mole snake photo is incredible. Do you use a flash, and if so, which one and where is it positioned? What aperture and shutterspeed did you use?

;)Thx BS. I used the pop-up flash in the overcast conditions. f8/200.

Number 6 for the last 2 weeks. I think their burrows are being flooded with all the rain and thats forcing them out. ;)
